He married Elizabeth Judith Townes in Goochland County, Virginia, 1730.

married Hannah Hawkins Lewellen in Virginia. Inheritance: No land! Only a share of remaining real and personal property.

Stephen Lockett was born in Goochland County, Virginia 14 November 1733. Stephen died 14 September
1794 in Prince Edward Co., Virginia, at 60 years of age. He married Mary Clay 20 October 1760. His home, "Elmwood" on
Sailors Creek, Prince Edward Co., Va. stands today.

Osborne Lockett was born in Goochland, Virginia 1736. Inheritance: Not mentioned in Thomas Lockett III's
will. Must have preceded father in death.

Martha Lockett was born in Goochland, Virginia 1739. She married Alexander Bass in Chesterfield,
Virginia, 1775.
Moved to Wilkes County, Ga. mid-1780's. Inheritance: All the land on the north side of Harris Creek from the crop line of Stephan Lockett
to the upper line. In 1774 Thomas Lockett III sold to Alexander Bass (Martha's husband) 250 acres in Prince Edward County. Deed Book 5, p.
358.

fifteen pounds current money.

Abner Lockett was born in Goochland, Virginia 1743. Abner died 1790. He married Ann
Marshall in Cumberland, Virginia. Inheritance: Land upon which Thomas Lockett III lived.

Lucy Lockett was born in Goochland, Virginia 1745. She married William Stone in Cumberland,
Virginia, 27 February 1767. Inheritance: All the land on the south side of the north fork of Falling Creek and twenty acres of the
north side beginning at the Cabin line, thence up the creek to include the twenty acres. In 1774 Thomas Lockett III sold to William Stone
(Lucy's husband) 241 acres in Prince Edward County. Deed Book 5, p. 357.

Mary Lockett was born in Goochland, Virginia 1747. She married John Gibson in Buckingham,
Virginia. Inheritance: One feather bed, furniture, and fifteen pounds current money.

Jacob Lockett was born in Cumberland, Virginia 1749. He married Lucy Waddell in Chesterfield,
Virginia, 12 March 1791. Inheritance: All the land on Nuttree branch in Chesterfield, Va., also fifteen pounds current money, one
feather bed and furniture, a horse bridle and saddle of 10 pounds value. In 1775 brothers sold their portions of 200 acres on Falling
Creek, Prince Edward County to Jacob Lockett. Deed Book 5, p. 432.
