Bruce's site is very clean ... you can tell he's put a lot of sweat into preparing it for professional Tours.  Anyone who is lucky enough to see the inside of the LCC (L-1) will be ready to move in.  No, I really don't think Bruce would be willing to sell it (or would he?).  His silo is safe enough to walk around in, and go to different Levels , via the spiral staircase.  Most of the cribbing is still in place.
