New Photos Added
My Pool Room ... a collection of photos and information
Look HERE ... some interesting, older photos
Some people say that only "bums", and "bad guys" play pool, but I have to disagree ...

While I was still working, Linda and I decided to have a $30,000 addition put on the back of our home. Due to medical reasons, I had to leave my job, and went into full retirement. The builder was told to put the project on permanent hold ... (LOL) The addition was to be for a pool room, and areas to relax in, with access to the master bedroom - it would have been a great change for our home.
While being totally involved in billiards, I went ahead and bought a new pool table, and had it assembled in the portion of the garage where I used to park my Mustang Cobra (sold). It's a beautiful pine Pro 8 table, with cloth so fast, it's taking a long time learning how to get any kind of position on the table. The table has the "Star of Texas" on all four sides, carved into wood appliques. Real pretty. AC in-wall unit installation project = $900.
Here are some photos showing the progress and different stages of additions to "my pool room." I'm sure enjoying it.
