GARDEN BOUQUET QUILT

One block of my Grandmother's quilt top she pieced in the mid-1930's from a pattern that appeared as a weekly series in the local newspaper. This quilt top was my insiration to learn to quilt. Hopefully I will complete the quilting before the century is over!

SAMPLER QUILT


My first quilting class in 1993. Boy are the stitches big! Just the same, I think it looks pretty good.

My second quilt. I really got into applique with this one, it also required redecorating the guest bedroom to look like the quilt.

CALENDAR QUILT


This quilt was made as a birthday present for my sister. The June block has a Birthday Cake appliqued on it to represent her birthday.
